Eligibility and access

Use TAW only where you are legally permitted to trade prediction-market outcomes. Trading availability depends on location checks, market eligibility and service status. A read-only catalog does not establish trading eligibility.

Orders and execution

Only sign an order or wallet transaction after reviewing its outcome, quantity, limit price, fees and destination. Market orders may fill partially. Limit orders can remain open until filled, cancelled or expired. A submitted request is not a confirmed fill, withdrawal or cancellation.

Assets and resolution

The exchange uses pUSD and original outcome-share contracts on Polygon. Market resolution, collateral wrappers and wallet infrastructure have their own contract rules and operational dependencies. TAW does not determine the underlying market result.

Risk and availability

Prices may change quickly, liquidity may be insufficient, and you may lose the full amount committed to a position. Blockchain, wallet, oracle or infrastructure failures may delay or prevent operations. Market data is information, not investment advice or a guaranteed probability.

Wallet responsibility

Protect your signing wallet and verify addresses. TAW does not ask you to provide a private key or seed phrase. Transactions confirmed on Polygon may be irreversible.
