Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use prediction-market services where you are located. Access from blocked territories is read-only. Attempts to evade location restrictions may result in a paused account.
Custody and risk
UmbrellaX uses a separate custodial EOA for each event. The operator can technically control those wallets. OpenBao key wrapping limits exposure but does not make the service trustless. Smart-contract protection does not apply to event funds.
Finality and availability
Credits and payouts depend on Polygon, native USDC, independent RPC providers and the availability of platform infrastructure. Emergency pause may delay new financial operations without changing recorded obligations.

Market prices are pool ratios and may be inaccurate, manipulated or illiquid. Use only funds you can afford to lock and lose.
